Training

Guardian Harvest offers complete training for our clients employees throughout the growing and packing process. From field workers to forklift drivers, appropriate training is held on a regular basis to cover:

  • EPA Worker Protection Standards
  • HAACP
  • OSHA
  • Workers’ Compensation
We also make sure that clients' key management personnel are knowledgeable and fully trained in all aspects of these programs, including recordkeeping requirements.
